Refund Policy

✧ Order Cancellations

I offer a 24-hour cancellation window after your order is placed. If you change your mind, please reach out through my contact page as soon as possible.

I’ll always do my best to cancel your order and issue a refund. However, once your order has entered the shipping process, I’m unable to retrieve or cancel it.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation is successful, your refund will be processed and typically returned within 3–5 business days. Please note that some banks or payment providers may take longer to reflect the refund. If needed, I’m always happy to provide proof of refund upon request.


✧ Refund Policy

I offer a 30-day refund window from the date your order is delivered.

Because each Kindle case is made to order, refunds are only available if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

I’m unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or general dissatisfaction. This helps maintain quality, cleanliness, and fairness for all customers.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, please feel free to reach out and I’ll look into it for you.

✧ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me right away so I can review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


✧ Final Notes

Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer refunds or returns on sale items or gift cards.
